Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) seasoned long grain and wild rice
Method
- Mix all ingredients in 10-inch skillet.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
