Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. boiling salt water
- 1 can celery or mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Parboil celery until tender; drain. Combine with soup, milk and pecans; mix. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
