Ingredients
- 5 ears of fresh corn husked
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Method
- cut corn kernals off of cobs
- heat butter in large skillet saute corn until just starting to brown add garlic, cream, cayenne and black pepper heat to a simmer and cook until slightly thick add salt
- serve hot
- This is wonderful in the summer with fresh corn BUT in the winter frozen or canned drained corn really works well!
