Ingredients
- 1 c. cauliflower, broken into small flowerets
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. finely cut celery
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Combine all ingredients and put into a large mold or in individual molds.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with sweet pickle pieces and stuffed olives.
- Serves 8 to 10.
