Ingredients
- 4 oz. macaroni
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. can tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
Method
- Cook macaroni following directions on package.
- Rinse in cold water and drain.
- Brown beef, onion and green pepper in skillet. Stir in flour.
- Add tomatoes. Cook until thickens.
- Stir in cheese, seasoning and macaroni. Spoon in buttered casserole.
- Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
