Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. bay scallops
- 1 1/2 c. crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. light cream
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Method
- Mix cracker crumbs with butter.
- Arrange alternate layers of cracker crumbs and scallops in a 9-inch pie tin or flat casserole, making 3 layers of crumbs and two layers of scallops.
- Pour the cream over the top, dut with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Bake in hot (425°) oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Don't overcook.
