Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Place 1 tablespoon coconut in each of four 6 ounce custard cups.
- Combine chocolate pieces, evaporated milk and water in saucepan.
- Stir over low heat until well blended.
- Slowly stir in chocolate mixtures, blending well.
- Pour into custard cups.
- Place custard cups in 10-inch skillet and pour boiling water around cups to custard level.
- Bring water to full rolling boil.
- Cover skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let custard set about 15 minutes.
