Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Scald milk.
- Stir in sugar, salt and butter.
- Cool to lukewarm.
- Pour warm water into a large, warm bowl and sprinkle in yeast.
- Stir to dissolve.
- Add lukewarm milk mixture, grated cheese and flour.
- Stir 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Cover.
