Ingredients
- 400 grams Cashews
- 3/4 cups Coconut Flakes
Method
- Put cashews into a food processor. Process cashews into a paste-it will become powdery and clumpy.
- Add coconut flakes. Continue processing, stopping intermittently to scrape the sides. Eventually, it will clump up in a big ball that goes around the bowl on the blade. At some point, the butter will relax and warm up enough that the blade will go thought it, and it will be become gooey peanut butter.
