Ingredients
- 6 bulbs Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Method
- Pull away any excess layers of paper-like skin from garlic bulbs and discard them. Using a sharp knife, cut off tips on non-root end of the bulb. Arrange cut bulbs in a muffin tin cut side up and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast garlic at 400°F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and soft when poked with a fork.
