Ingredients
- chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- green onions
- 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
- cashews
- flour (for coating)
- cooking oil
Method
- Skin breasts and cut meat off bones. Cut in large bite size pieces.
- Mix orange juice and milk together. Dip chicken pieces, then coat generously with flour. Cook in oil about 2-inches deep. Chop green onions.
- Put chicken in bowl.
- Cover with cashews and onions. Pour on gravy.
