Ingredients
- breaded breast strips
- 3 c. water
- 5 bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 c. cashews
- chopped green onions
Method
- Fry breast strips in deep fat.
- Cut into 1-inch pieces.
- In large pan, boil water and bouillon cubes.
- Stir in sugar and cornstarch.
- Add oyster sauce and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour over chicken.
- Top with green onions and cashews.
