- 1 1/2 c. salted pretzel crumbs
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Combine pretzel crumbs and melted butter and firmly press on bottom and up 1-inch on 10-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake in oven 5 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Beat at medium speed until fluffy all the cream cheese.
- Add gradually and beat well 1 1/2 cups sugar, then peanut butter and eggs (one at a time).
- Stir in vanilla.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Turn oven off, partially open oven door and leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes.
