Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. salted pretzel crumbs
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine
  • 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Combine pretzel crumbs and melted butter and firmly press on bottom and up 1-inch on 10-inch spring-form pan.
  • Bake in oven 5 minutes.
  • Set aside.
  • Beat at medium speed until fluffy all the cream cheese.
  • Add gradually and beat well 1 1/2 cups sugar, then peanut butter and eggs (one at a time).
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
  • Turn oven off, partially open oven door and leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes.
