Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can coconut rolls
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. apple or orange juice
Method
- Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
- Cut coconut rolls in half. Roll apples and coconut in dough.
- Put in pan.
- Dot with butter. Add sugar and juice together.
- Pour over rolls.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
