Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Toasted sesame seed
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 lb Salmon fillets

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • In small bowl combine honey, green onions, soy sauce and spices, except red pepper flakes, until well blended.
  • Stir in red pepper to taste, if desired.
  • Place salmon in 13x9 in baking dish.
  • Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.
  • Bake salmon in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
