Ingredients
- 2 lb. string beans, cleaned
- 1 lb. baby carrots (1-inch or less)
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- onion powder to taste
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Method
- Prepare vegetables and put into steamer to be steamed until tender, not overcooked.
