Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots, cooked and sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix together last 6 ingredients.
- Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper and let stand 2 days before serving.
- Will keep in refrigerator several days.
