Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. finely grated carrots, packed
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
- Add pineapple and carrots.
- Beat well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost.
