Ingredients
- 10–12 carrots, quartered lengthways
- ½ cup (125 ml) pineapple juice
- ½ cup (125 ml) orange juice
- 1–2 teaspoons honey, to taste
- 8 ice cubes
Method
1. Using the plunger, push the carrot pieces through a juicer.
2. Combine the carrot juice with the remaining ingredients in a jug and serve.
