Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, cooked
- 1 medium onion, sauteed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
- salt
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Method
- Prepare cream sauce in double boiler.
- Pour over carrots and onions.
- Bake at 350° until thoroughly heated.
