Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 can ripe black olives, sliced
- oregano
- olive oil
- vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Peel and slice carrots in rounds.
- Cook in a little water. Drain.
- While warm, add olive oil, vinegar, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add olives.
- Mix well.
