- 1 small can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Remove bone from salmon.
- Add 1 egg and flour; mix together well.
- Heat oil.
- Dip salmon out with a spoon; cook in oil until brown.
- If you need to, you may add more flour to get salmon to stick together.
