Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 5-7 lbs pork butt or shoulder
  • Season Mix:
  • 2 T. Brown sugar
  • 1 T. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Vinegar Mixture:
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Method

  • Rub pork with seasoning mix (best if you do this 2 hours ahead of time, but not totally necessary):
  • Put in crock pot and pour vinegar mixture over pork
  • Cook on low overnight or 12 hours. Shred pork when done
