- 2 medium onions sliced
- 5-7 lbs pork butt or shoulder
- Season Mix:
- 2 T. Brown sugar
- 1 T. Paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vinegar Mixture:
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Rub pork with seasoning mix (best if you do this 2 hours ahead of time, but not totally necessary):
- Put in crock pot and pour vinegar mixture over pork
- Cook on low overnight or 12 hours. Shred pork when done
