Ingredients
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- juice of 5 fresh oranges
- juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 5 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 c. water
- 3 qt. ginger ale
Method
- Boil sugar and water 3 minutes; let cool.
- Add fruit juices and bananas (these can be blended together).
- Mix well.
- Put in a large container, cover and freeze.
- Remove from freezer 2 1/2 to 3 hours before use.
- Thaw to a mushy texture.
- Add ginger ale and serve.
- Serves 30 with seconds.
