Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt and cinnamon
- 1/2 c. light molasses
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. coconut
Method
- Cream butter, salt and cinnamon, adding sugar until light and fluffy.
- Blend molasses, flour and coconut.
- Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
