Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 green pepper, cubed
- 1 large onion, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 stalks celery, cubed
- 2 carrots, cubed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Combine potatoes, celery, carrots, green pepper and onion together in a large cooking pan.
- Cover with water and cook until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, until a little thick.
- Turn stove off and add butter, milk and salt and pepper.
