- 1 c. flour
- 4 oz. (1 stick) butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of paprika
- pinch of cayenne
- dash of red pepper sauce
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Place flour, butter and salt in a bowl and mix until crumbly. Add the Cheddar cheese, caraway seed, mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper and red pepper sauce to the bowl and mix together.
- Add the milk and knead until the mixture forms a ball.
- Wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
