Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- a pinch of cream of tartar
- 8 qt. popped popcorn
Method
- Cook first 3 ingredients, then add soda and cream of tartar. Pour over popcorn.
- Stir until coated well.
- Pour into dish pan; put in oven for 1 hour at 250°.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven; stir until cool.
