Ingredients

  • vanilla wafers
  • miniature marshmallows
  • milk
  • green creme de menthe
  • whipping cream

Method

  • prepare piecrust.Over low heat combine 3cups miniature marshmallows,1/2 cup milk,stirring constantly until marshmallows melt,stirring constantly,cool,stir in creme de menthe. whip cream until stiff and fold into mixture and spoon into cooled crust. refridge 4-5 hours. a sweet dessert wine can be poured over each serving (optional)
