Ingredients
- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Let cream cheese, sour cream and eggs stand at room temperature.
- Blend all ingredients together for at least 15 minutes until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into 9-inch greased spring-form pan.
- Place pan in larger square pan which is half filled with hot water.
- Bake in 375° oven for at least 1 hour until top is golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool 1 to 2 hours. Refrigerate overnight.
