Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar

Method

  • Let cream cheese, sour cream and eggs stand at room temperature.
  • Blend all ingredients together for at least 15 minutes until mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into 9-inch greased spring-form pan.
  • Place pan in larger square pan which is half filled with hot water.
  • Bake in 375° oven for at least 1 hour until top is golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool 1 to 2 hours. Refrigerate overnight.
