Ingredients
- 2 to 3 gal. popcorn
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Bring butter, brown sugar and syrup to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Mix baking soda and vanilla.
- Add soda and vanilla to butter mixture while it is foaming.
- Pour over popcorn.
- Bake 1 hour at 250°.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
