Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken tenderloins, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 1 Can (15 oz.) beans- pinto, white, or small, drained
- 1 Can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
- 1 Can (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes, mexican style
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder or seasoning mix
Method
- In large skillet with nonstick cooking spray, brown chicken and onion over medium heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Reduce to low; simmer for about 20 minutes.
