Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 baked pie shell
Method
- Brown 1/2 cup sugar on stove.
- Separate eggs.
- Save whites for meringue.
- Blend eggs, browned sugar and remaining ingredients. Cook until thick, remove from heat and pour in pie shell.
- Cover with meringue and brown.
