Ingredients
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 8 c. pecan halves
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix sugar, butter and boiling water.
- Let cook without stirring.
- When mixture has reached the boiling stage, cook until soft ball stage.
- Drop in pecans and continue to cook for 1 minute.
- Drop on wax paper.
- Separate as much as possible.
