Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk (I use 2%)
- 1/2 of a ripe banana, peeled, quartered (I use frozen and a whole banana)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce or 2 tablespoons butterscotch sundae sauce
Method
- Place milk, banana, ice cream and sundae sauce in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
