Ingredients

  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 34 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 12 cup chopped walnuts
  • 14 cup pine nuts
  • 12 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons drained capers
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  • In a medium skillet over low heat, heat oil.
  • Add onions and garlic, stirring until soft and translucent, 5-6 minutes.
  • Add walnuts and pine nuts and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add vinegar, capers, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute to blend flavors.
