Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. capellini
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 stick butter or oleo
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
- While pasta cooks, heat oil in skillet. Add garlic.
- Cook about 3 minutes.
- Stir in scallops, parsley, salt and butter.
- Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes.
- Pour over pasta.
- Serve with grated cheese.
- Serves 4.
