Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Beat egg white until frothy.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour over nuts and mix with hands.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- Pour over nuts and mix with hands.
- Spread on buttered cookie sheet.
- Bake 1 hour at 250°, turning every 15 minutes.
