Ingredients
- 43 saltine crackers
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Line 10 x 15 x 1-inch pan with foil. Arrange saltines in pan.
- In saucepan melt butter and brown sugar. Heat to boiling; boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour evenly over crackers. Bake about 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top; spread evenly.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Break into pieces.
- Store in refrigerator.
