Ingredients
- 8 oz. rotelle, cooked
- 1/2 pkg. California Blend vegetables, cooked
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. bottle Italian dressing
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook rotelle and vegetables until done.
- Drain both.
- Combine rotelle and vegetables.
- Stir in Mozzarella cheese and salad dressing.
- Sprinkle on desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
- Can be served warm or cold.
