Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 pkg. frozen okra
  • 1 small pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed and drained
  • 1 small pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained and cartilage removed or imitation crab

Method

  • Cook noodles as directed on package.
  • Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Cook bell pepper, onion, parsley, red pepper and garlic 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in flour and tomatoes, breaking up tomatoes. Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, until mixture boils. Stir in okra, shrimp and crabmeat.
  • Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
