Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and picked from the bone, save broth
- 1 pkg. Amish double thick noodles
- 3 c. diced celery
- 3 c. diced carrots
Method
- Cook noodles directly in broth for 20 minutes.
- Cook celery and carrots together and save the liquid.
- Add cooked carrots, celery and chicken to noodles.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
