Ingredients
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1/2 smoked sausage
- 1/2 pints water
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 25 grams salted butter
- 2 medium potatoes
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes into 1 cm thick pieces, boil in water until cooked
- Melt butter in a pan, add garlic powder and smoked sausage which has been sliced into 1 cm thick pieces .
- Cook until sausage starts to discolour
- Chop cabbage and add to sausage and butter mix.
- Add water and allow to boil until water has almost evaporated.
- Stirring ocasionaly
- Add cooked potatoes to a hot frying pan.
- Keep turning potatoes until slightly browned on both sides this took bout 3 mins.
- Add cabbage and sausage mix and fry for about 3mins
- Serve.
- I added a slice of bread and butter to wipe the plate after it was all eaten
