Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- celery seed
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Alternate layers of cabbage, pepper, carrot, salt, pepper and celery seed.
- Boil the oil, sugar and vinegar.
- Pour over cabbage mixture.
- Do not stir.
- Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.
