- 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Method
- Blend all ingredients except nuts and parsley (by hand, not in a blender).
- Form a ball. Roll in crushed nuts and parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
