Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 3/4 c. raw rice
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
Method
- Brown ground meat; drain excess grease. Add onion and stir-fry until onion begins to turn clear. Add chopped cabbage, and raw rice; pour tomato sauce on top. Season with salt, pepper, and Tony's seasoning. Add enough water to cook until cabbage is done.
