Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 frozen 9-inch pie shell
Method
- Mix sugar and flour; add slightly beaten eggs, pecans, butterscotch chips, vanilla and butter. Mix well. Pour into frozen pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 325° until lightly brown.
