- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. minced Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. minced, fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 lb. lasagne noodles
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Generously grease a shallow 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Combine the first 9 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread a portion of cheese filling over each noodle. Roll up individually jelly roll fashion and stand up vertically in a single layer.
- Pour your favorite red or green sauce over.
- Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
