Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. minced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced, fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. minced green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 lb. lasagne noodles

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Generously grease a shallow 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Combine the first 9 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread a portion of cheese filling over each noodle. Roll up individually jelly roll fashion and stand up vertically in a single layer.
  • Pour your favorite red or green sauce over.
  • Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
