Ingredients
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (cooked pudding mix)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. butter (do not substitute)
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 10 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. pure lemon extract or 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each new addition.
- Gradually add flour.
- Blend well with mixer.
