Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 large pkg. red raspberry Jell-O
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 12 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix together well pineapple with juice and jello.
- Put in microwave for 2 minutes to blend.
- Let cool, then add buttermilk. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set.
- Blend in Cool Whip and pecans.
- Pour into large Pyrex dish.
- Leave in refrigerator until set.
